Stopanska Banka has enabled Apple Pay for its clients

Stopanska Bank has introduced Apple Pay to its customers, enabling quick, simple, and secure payments using Visa and MasterCard cards through Apple devices.

Clients need to download the free Apple Wallet application and be active users of Stopanska Bank's mobile app to use the service. Every Apple Pay transaction is authenticated through Face ID, Touch ID, or device password.

The service works at contactless-enabled POS terminals, e-commerce sites, and applications accepting Apple Pay. ATM cash withdrawals are also possible on compatible devices without the physical card.

Apple Pay prioritizes security and privacy. "The card number is never stored on the device or Apple servers and is never shared with merchants." The service uses NFC technology with device-specific unique numbers and transaction codes for protection.

By enabling Apple Pay, the bank strengthens its digital transformation strategy and expands its innovative digital banking solutions.
