Transaction limits
- Maximum amount per transaction in trade in the country and abroad in the amount of 250,000 denars
- Cumulative amount of transactions during one month in trade in the country and abroad in the amount of 600,000 denars
- Daily limit for cash withdrawals from ATMs in the amount of 60,000 denars in the country and abroad
- Daily limit of 100,000 denars for depositing cash at SB ATMs
- Possibility to set and manage transaction limits and block/unblock payment cards through e-banking/m-banking of Stopanska Banka

Membership fees and charges
- 3,600 MKD annual membership (paid upon issuance)
- 0 denars membership fee (without annual membership) for the additional card

- NO COMMISSION for cash withdrawals from SB ATMs
- For cash withdrawals from ATMs of other banks in the Republic of North Macedonia, the denar account is debited with a commission of 2% of the withdrawn amount, but not less than 70 denars.
- For cash withdrawals abroad, the Denar account is debited with a commission of 2.5%, min. 250 MKD of the withdrawn amount.
- 0 denars membership fee (without membership) for the additional card.
- Issuing a new PIN costs 200 MKD.
- The cost of reissuing a card due to theft, loss, damage or change of data is 350 MKD.
- The cost of 100 MKD when renewing the card (the cost is charged once every 5 years, when a new card is issued)
Security in contactless payments
According to the regulation on strengthened customer authentication when performing contactless card-based payment transactions, PIN code authentication is mandatory in the following cases:
- If the card has made 5 consecutive contactless transactions at a POS terminal without a PIN (since the last transaction authenticated with a PIN), the next contactless transaction must be authenticated with a PIN by the client. Otherwise, it will be rejected.
- If the total accumulated amount of all contactless transactions at the POS exceeds 9,000 denars (since the last transaction authenticated with a PIN), the next contactless transaction must be authenticated with a PIN, regardless of the transaction amount. Otherwise, it will be rejected.
- If the individual amount of a contactless payment transaction at a POS terminal exceeds 3,000 denars, it must be authenticated with a PIN. Otherwise, it will be rejected,
- When paying with Google Pay, it is not necessary to enter a PIN code at a POS terminal, but it is mandatory for the mobile device to be unlocked in order to make the payment, regardless of the transaction amount.
- When paying with Apple Pay, it is not necessary to enter a PIN code at a POS terminal, but authentication with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device's password is mandatory, regardless of the transaction amount.
