Ms. Chrysoula Koutoudi, appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Stopanska Banka AD – Skopje has announced that Ms. Chrysoula Koutoudi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, following approvals from the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Ms. Koutoudi brings over 30 years of banking experience, predominantly within the NBG Group. Her career includes recognition for innovation in 2022 and 2024, along with demonstrated leadership in digital transformation and development of new banking services.

She previously served as Assistant General Manager for Specialized Asset Solutions – Retail Banking at NBG, where she concentrated on enhancing products, digital tools, channels, and strategic partnerships. Her background also includes experience managing teams in corporate banking, project financing, credit analysis, and collections.

The appointment occurs as Stopanska Banka accelerates investments in digital transformation, innovative solutions, and human capital development. Ms. Koutoudi has prioritized understanding stakeholder needs and intensifying digitalization and technological innovation efforts.

She stated: "It is an honor to take on this important role, fully aware of the significance of Stopanska banka as the institution with the longest tradition in the Macedonian banking market."

Mr. Diomidis Nikoletopoulos, who led the Bank since 2013, has resigned with Ms. Koutoudi's appointment taking effect.
