Investment loans, loans for permanent-working capital and green transition by the European Investment Bank

Target group
Small and medium enterprises/MidCap companies (SMEs defined as enterprises with less than 250 full-time employees) or MidCap companies defined as enterprises with a minimum of 25 or less than 3000 full-time employees)

Purpose
Investment loans, loans for permanent working capital and loans for green transition

Amount

• 10.000 EUR – 3.500.000 EUR, for SMEs investment loans, including green transition

• 5.000 EUR – 666.7000 EUR, for permanent working capital, including green transition

• 40.000 EUR – 6.000.000 EUR, for Mid/Cap investment loans, including green transition

Interest rate:
Up to 3.5% fixed interest rate

Tenor and repayment:

• From 4 – 12 years, including grace up to 24 months for investment loans, including green transition

• Up to 36 months, including grace up to 6 months for permanent working capital

• Equal monthly repayments

Collateral
Combination of mortgage on real estate, pledge on movables, bills of exchange and other collateral acceptable to the Bank.
